Sarviqo™ is owned and operated by Wuhan Philomi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which is the seller of record for transactions made on sarviqo.com. When you place an order, you agree to these purchase terms and the store policies applicable to your order, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter a binding purchase agreement in your location, to purchase independently. Younger users should involve a parent or legal guardian in any purchase.

Accounts and accurate information

If account functionality is available, keep your login details safe. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and billing details to ensure fulfillment. Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or incorrect order information.

Product information & specifications

Sarviqo™ offers decorative wall organizers intended for indoor household use unless the product listing states otherwise. We aim to describe material, size, weight, included hardware, finish, mounting method, and product capacity accurately on each listing.

Colors may appear different depending on photography and device settings; minor manufacturing tolerances may occur. If an item materially differs from its description, contact customer service.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify payment, stock, delivery eligibility, and suspected fraud before fulfillment. We may cancel an order because of lack of stock, unsuccessful authorization, an evident pricing error, or delivery restrictions. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, tax and checkout payment

The applicable product price, transaction currency, shipping charge, discount, taxes where applicable, and final amount are shown at checkout. Available methods and payment security information are described in Payment & Security ↗. Any separate currency-conversion charges imposed by a bank are that institution’s responsibility.

Processing, shipping & tracking

Orders normally require 2–4 business days of processing, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Standard U.S. delivery transit generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Charges are shown at checkout, and tracking is provided when available.

Returns, refunds & order problems

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders should be reported within 7 calendar days to support timely investigation. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after approval, after receipt and inspection where a return is required.

For preference-based returns, the buyer normally covers return shipping; approved returns have no restocking fee. Seller-attributable errors are addressed without related additional costs to the customer. Full details: Return & Refund Policy ↗.

Changes and cancellations

Send order changes or cancellations promptly. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins but cannot guarantee a request once processing, packing, or dispatch preparation is underway. Successful cancellation before fulfillment does not carry a cancellation fee.

Discounts & promotional offers

Promotions may contain availability limits, qualifying product lists, valid dates, spending thresholds, or usage requirements shown with the offer. Enter an eligible code before paying and confirm the checkout amount before submitting an order.

Product installation, use & safety

Decorative wall organizers must be mounted and used according to the specific product instructions. Confirm the mounting surface, appropriate anchors, included or required hardware, and any rated weight capacity before use.

Do not assume that all products are adhesive-mounted, safe for wet environments, suitable for all wall types, suitable for children to climb, or capable of bearing heavy objects. Consult a qualified installer where structural suitability is uncertain.

Bulk purchasing & resale

For wholesale or unusually large quantities, contact us before ordering so stock, delivery, and payment arrangements can be reviewed. A purchase does not authorize a reseller to claim official brand partnership or representation without permission.

Intellectual property

Brand names, product photography, graphics, descriptions, packaging presentation, and original website designs are owned by or licensed to Sarviqo™ or its operator where applicable. No unauthorized commercial reproduction or brand impersonation is permitted.

Service availability & external services

Shopify and other providers support checkout, payments, shipping, and technical website functions. Service disruptions may occur for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Third-party providers apply their own terms and privacy practices to services they operate.

Consumer rights and dispute contact

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that law does not permit a business to waive. For disputes, unexpected charges, order issues, or questions about these terms, contact service@sarviqo.com and provide the relevant order reference so we can seek a reasonable resolution.

Updates and other policies
